This Call for Research, Community Engagement, and Technology Transfer (RCETT) project proposals is made annually by office of the Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer, Wolaita Sodo University. Funding and Resources: Seed money will be allocated for winning project proposals from the recurrent government budget for the Fiscal Year. The RCETT project team is expected to solicit additional funding from non-treasury sources. Applicants: Full time academic staff (lecturer and above) of Wolaita Sodo University Catchment areas for implementation: Wolaita and Dawro zones Focus areas: as per MoE’s university differentiation, identified thematic areas of WSU, and national development focus areas (agriculture and natural resources, mining, tourism, manufacturing, and ICT).
